What is CMCD?
CMCD is a virtual platform created in Valparaíso, which conects the different musicians of the UNESCO Creative Cities of Music network with their peers from the Creative City of Music of Valparaíso. It is a meeting space that invites the exchange of knowledge and experiences among its users, and that promotes the creation and development of collaborative projects.
From Valparaíso, Creative City of Music, we want to form an international community for musicians coming from the different UNESCO Creative Cities of Music. At the same time, we are interested in further projects that promote globally the creative endeavors of young talents in the Valparaíso music industry. We work directly with authorities, companies, the creative industry and relevant agents at local, regional, national and international levels.
